Refund policy



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Refunds are not available for change of mind or dissatisfaction with a product that matches its description.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, including any shipping, customs, or handling fees, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

If the goods cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, the cost of returning such goods will be borne by you and will depend on the carrier and delivery method chosen. 
If the parcel cannot be returned to us or is destroyed by the carrier, no refund will be issued.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and approval from the Company will not be accepted.

For orders purchased as part of a promotional offer or bundle, refunds will be calculated based on the price actually paid for the returned item(s), not the full retail value.

This policy applies only to purchases made by individual consumers for personal use. Business or resale purchases are excluded from consumer return rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged and protected so they reach us in perfect condition.
Items that are damaged, used, or otherwise not in their original condition upon arrival may not be eligible for a refund.

It’s mandatory to use a trackable shipping service when sending items back to us.

The customer bears the risk of loss or damage during return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Where applicable under local consumer law. For U.S. customers, warranty rights are limited to those provided by applicable federal or state law.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Unclaimed, Refused or Undeliverable Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us because:

  • The address provided was incorrect or incomplete
  • The parcel was refused at delivery
  • The parcel was not collected from the postal office or pick-up point within the courier’s holding period,

then the following terms apply:

  • The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, including any shipping, customs, or handling fees
  • A restocking fee of 10–20% may apply to cover administrative and logistics costs.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only after the product is returned to our warehouse and confirmed in sellable condition.

If the parcel cannot be returned to us or is destroyed by the carrier, no refund will be issued.

Abandoned Parcels

If the shipping company is unable to reach you and the parcel is returned to us, we will notify you of the returned parcel. If we do not receive a response or instructions from you within 30 calendar days from the date of our notification, the goods will be deemed abandoned.

Once an order is classified as abandoned:

  • The company will have no further obligation to resend, store, or refund the goods.
  • We reserve the right to dispose of or resell the items at our sole discretion to recover associated costs, including return shipping, storage, and handling fees.

It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate delivery information is provided and that the parcel can be successfully received.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any claim relating to a shortage or to an apparent manufacturing defect observable upon delivery shall be notified by email to us within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the goods.


If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@everlo.org with photos or evidence of the issue.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and approval by the Company will not be accepted. 

Once verified, we will offer one of the following remedies at no additional cost:

  • A replacement or exchange, or
  • A partly or full refund (including original shipping costs), determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the issue.

We reserve the right to reject returns if inspection shows signs of use, damage, odor, alteration, or missing components.

Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, exchanges are available only in cases where a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact our support team at support@everlo.org within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item. After inspection and confirmation of the defect or error, we will offer one of the following remedies, at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available), or
  • An exchange for an equivalent item, or
  • A full or partial refund, including shipping costs where applicable.

Please note that exchanges are not offered for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., color, size, or style)
  • Products that are used, worn, or not returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Items accurately described and delivered as ordered

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Digital content or services that are delivered electronically are non-refundable once download or access has begun, provided you have given prior consent to this.

Refunds for digital goods are not provided once download/access begins unless required by law.

Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Any disputes arising in connection with this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
